When a customer buys a ticket, they receive a payment prompt on their phone. They authorize the payment using their MTN MoMo or Orange Money PIN. Confirmation is instant, and the ticket is sent to their email immediately.
You can request a withdrawal 24 hours after your event ends. Funds are transferred directly to your mobile money account within 24 hours of approval. There's no minimum withdrawal amount.
Yes! Free tickets have no platform fees. You can use Reckot to manage registrations, send tickets, and check in attendees at zero cost. Perfect for community events and meetups.
Yes. Our QR check-in system works completely offline. Download your attendee list before the event, and you can scan tickets without internet. Data syncs automatically when you're back online.
Attendees can request refunds through their ticket lookup page. You'll receive the request in your dashboard and can approve or deny it. Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to the original payment method.
